Allergic/infection.: Get examined and checked NOW- this sounds like an allergic reaction; however, the eye swelling suggests a systemic allergic reaction:ER or UC-now.

Allergies: Allergies, viruses can cause a stuffy nose, sore throat. Try getting some rest, take an over the counter decongestant and if no better in a week get checked by your doctor.

Check for strep: Try an allergy pill without sudafed: benadryl (diphenhydramine) is the shortest acting. If your symptoms resolve or improve within an hour, it is likely allergic and then take claritin, or allegra (genericis fine) . If no better at all, don't take and then the cause is either viral or bacterial, usually. The most important thing to check for is strep.
