Naps: When you do not have the time for your body to go through the full sleep cycle, you do not always feel refreshed when you wake up or in this case woken up. Basically, your sleep cycle was interrupted, so you feel tired.

To nap or not to nap: at the wrong time of day or for too long can be harmful (e.g. sleep inertia). At the same time napping offers many benefits like relaxation, mood improvement and improve performance, just to name a few. Regardless, keep your naps always short.
