That is a pretty: normal reaction. You are meeting a new therapist. You are starting a new process. Therapy involves being honest which makes you vulnerable. Change can provoke anxiety. Let the therapist know how you are feeling. I am glad that you have the courage and the good sense to get help. Take care.
