At age 68 i have been diagnosed with rectocele and since 7/9/19 appointment went to therapy for lifetime, daily kegel exercises. it is 9/1/19 and if i continue daily kegels i don't feel the pressure anymore. since yesterday i have added miralax to?

The definitive : treatment for rectocele is a surgical repair. Kegels and fluid in diet will help but surgery will cure, depending on the extent and size of the rectocele. Consult a GI surgeon.
