May not matter: If you were found to be impaired on the basis of a field sobriety test, you still may be charged with driving while impaired. Every pill bottle that has meds that can cause CNS depression, dizziness, incoordination etc. should have a label that says NOT to drive until and unless you know how it effects your body. Sometimes it is not any one of the meds, but the combination that causes impairment.

Drug screen: In many states if you are stoped for any reason and have been using any drug that may potential affect your ability to drive you may be charged with driving under the influence this could even be from something as innocent as Benadryl (diphenhydramine)
