Online: Also see the bravewell consortium website for nationwide referrals to integrative and holistic centers that are of the highest quality. Many large universities also have programs now but the quality of care vs research can vary widely. Good luck!

Arizona: The arizona center for integrative medicine is by far the most comprehensive program. An integrative medicine clinic was just opened in phoenix. Look for a practitioner who is fellowship trained by azcim.

KUMC: University of kansas medical center (kumc) integrative medicine program is run by dr jeanne drisko, and is a high quality program. She only takes one or two fellows a year, so training is intensive and individual.
