Yes: Rarely, a pancreatic tumor can block the duct and presents with maldigestion, which may seem to be malabsorption. Get with a trustworthy physician if you have any reason to believe you have steatorrhea. Most often, it's due to a problem with bile, or a mucosal problem with the gut (Crohn's, gluten enteropathy, Whipple's, etc.)
