A member asked:

What do you suggest if my uxbridge is a 300(measuring 1-2 weeks) but my progeterone was low.. wasn't sure if low progesterone would cause low hcg?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Early pregnancy: I am guessing you mean hcg is 300. An Hcg of 300 indicates very early pregnancy. Typically the hcg levels will come close to doubling every 2 days in a normal pregnancy. Progesterone levels have not been illustrated to mean anything during early pregnancy and are not typically monitored. Nothing can be seen on ultrasound until hcg level is at least 1000
