Workup is in order: I am going to assume that you feel well. This may be your liver's way of asking you to exercise more. You might be allergic to an ibuprofen tablet. If you drink, it may be a warning. You may need to repeat the test off alcohol and meds in two weeks, or be checked now for hepatitis B/C, Wilson's, hemochromatosis, autoimmune hepatitis, and a few others.
