Huge tonsils: Huge tonsils, in and of themselves, are not a concern as long as they are both equally enlarged. If you have problems related to having big tonsils like snoring/sleep apnea, difficulty swallowing or obstructed-sounding voice, or chronic throat pain then you could consider having them removed. If you don't have these problems I would do absolutely nothing for that. See an ENT if still concerned.
