The 5 min. nose job: Non surgical rhinoplasty refers to the use of injectable fillers into the soft tissues of the nose to build up tip support, correct depressions, smooth out humps or straighten crooked noses. The materials last anywhere from 6 to 24 months, and in the right cases, give a dramatic improved appearance. This treatment does, however, augment (enlarge) the nose, so it doesn't work with everyone.

Filler Rhinoplasty: Non Surgical Rhinoplasty is an office procedure that is very effective for the right patient, but only if performed by an experienced injector. The procedure can lift and define the nasal bridge, correct a droopy tip, camouflage a bump, straighten a crooked nose and correct post rhinoplasty contour abnormalities. It lasts 2 years with Voluma or longer with a permanent filler like Artefill.

Filler: I agree with the other surgeons here. Fillers can be used as a stand alone treatment or to augment the results of a rhinoplasty. The major downside - not permanent. Make sure you are treated by a board certified facial plastic surgeon.
