Yes: Brain fog can make you feel like you are mentally drowning. Please check with your doctor to see if there is some cause, like hypothyroidism, for this. If not here's some suggestion to improve the condition:get 8 hours of sleep, drink coffee but no more than 2 cups per day and not before bed, do puzzles or brain training games, meditate and exercise regularly, eat a healthy diet and reduce stress.
