Increased pooling: of partially deoxiginated blood. This sometimes will occur if your legs get hot like while taking a shower. The skin does not blanch when you press on it because there is a lot of blood down there under pressure of gravity. Its the opposite of what occurs when you lay flat and have cold feet. The idea is to get that pump as healthy as you can and keep the blood flowing.
