Eustachian tube: Eustachian tube dysfunction may take many weeks to improve. Autoinsufflation (pinch nose and blow gently), nasal steroid spray and decongestants may help. If symptoms persist, see an otolaryngologist for a thorough evaluation.

Inner ear: Inner ear issues such as Menierres can cause all these symptoms. Perhaps you can get an exam and try Antivert (meclizine) for the dizziness and see an Ear Specialist for more answers
