No: Other than the fact that the fly could carry some infectious particle which it might have deposited in the drink, there is nothing to worry about. You wouldn,t necessarily be treated without any symptoms. If symptoms develop see your doctor but my guess is you would not develop any.

No: Drinking something with a fly in it does not significantly increase your risk for any sort of disease. Just dump out the rest of the drink, rinse your cup, and refill. Hope this helps!

You should be fine!: If it's any consolation, I once swallowed a fly in Africa. I was laughing and took a deep breath and a fly flew right down my throat! (there were LOTS of flies where we were). I didn't get sick, although flies can carry lots of germs. In the U.S. there isn't much open sewage etc so the flies are a little cleaner - unless you happen to be near an outhouse or farm (not to gross you out)!
