Spinal check: Postural change in numbness suggests some pressure on nerve that gets relieved intermittently. You should get checked out by an orthopedic doctor. Check medication side effects for numbness and paresthesias as well.

Blood supply restric: It is most likely cause my temporary restriction of the blood supply to the nerves while you are sitting. There can be other causes as well ( vitamin deficiency, medications, nerve damage,autoimmune disease, poor circulation)l, so I would discuss it with your physician.
