Possible: Because you may not resume normal cycles right away after IUD removal, I would check a pregnancy test. You really should wait until you have at least one normal cycle before attempting pregnancy. Women who conceive the month after IUD removal have higher miscarriage rates as it may take a couple months for the uterine lining to thicken up enough to support a pregnancy.
