Depends: If you had the mirena (levonorgestrel), (levonorgestrel) this is a progestin hormone device. It is common to have a delay in return to normal cycles after removing mirena (levonorgestrel). It's not normal, however, with removal of the paragard or novat device. You should see your doctor to make sure all is well.
