Yes: It is very unlikely, but yes it's possible. You should check a pregnancy test, if negative, then probably safe to wait and see if your menses don't return. If not, see your doctor for a further investigation.

Maybe: You need to see your provider soon to sort this out. You may need an ultrasound to see if your iud is in the right position. If not in the right position, this could lead to a pregnancy . However, most of the time, this is not the case. So, get it checked out soon!
