Inflamed vs infected: There are several things that can cause "clear bumps", called vesicles. One of the most concerning would be genital herpes, which is infectious and can be passed between people. But usually not red, which is probably bleeding. Then there is inflammation of hair follicles (folliculitis), yeast, scabies or insect bites, among other things. It is important to know cause; GYN eval needed.
