How do i treat a pustule inside nose? what caused it?

Leave it alone: Pustules can occur anywhere, usually from a blocked hair follicle or duct. It is best not to try and squeeze them as that can inject bacteria into the surrounding tissue and bloodstream and cause problems. Left alone pustules usually resolve on their own. If they become very large as an abscess your doctor can open and drain that safely for you.
