No: Because implantation happen 6-7 days after conception, at 2 days the embryo is still in the tube.

Yes: Three to seven days post conception is the prime time to have implantation bleeding. Some bleeding will occur in about 25% of pregnancies, including normal pregnancies. If you develop severe pain or a marked increase in bleeding, call your OB. Hope this helps!
