Yes...: Implantation bleeding occurs 10 - 14 days after conception and is relatively common. It is thought to happen when the fertilized egg attaches to the lining of the uterus, usually around the time you would expect to have a menstrual period. Given the difficulty in knowing exactly when conception occurs, I would say that your day 19 is feasible, so yes. Not time to worry. Congratulations!
