I have a spot on the bottom right side of my lip. my sister popped it today this has been the 3rd or 4th time why is this?

Cold sore perhaps: This may be a cold sore or herpes virus. If it has recurred in the same spot three or four times, might not be just a pimple. She should also be careful not to spread the infection, never a good idea to pop anything!
