Cold sore perhaps: This may be a cold sore or herpes virus. If it has recurred in the same spot three or four times, might not be just a pimple. She should also be careful not to spread the infection, never a good idea to pop anything!

Sebaceous cyst: every hair follicle in your skin has a sebaceous gland associated with it and if it gets occulded, it will cause a swelling. This is usuallly called a pimple. If it keep recurring it can be excised or you could be treated with antibiotics or a special skin treatment or both. This condition is very common and is often just tolerated until they resolve, but treatment is appropriate if bothersome
