Culture: Are you saying the urinalysis got better or symptoms better?No nitrites does not mean no infection.If you are having symptoms such as burning,frequency,urgency,a urine culture would be good idea.Talk to your doctor.

Any discharge?: Not sure if I can help given the small amount of info. Sounds like your infection got better after antibiotics, then your symptoms returned. The presence of leukocytes in urine is abnormal, but if there are no nitrites then there may not be any bacteria present, since bacteria produce nitrites. Be sure to get a "clean catch" (google it) and then repeat your home test or see your doctor for UA.
