Abdominal pain: Go to ER/urgent care today.. Could be viral gastroenteritis, gastritis with H. pylori, infectious diarrhea due to campylobactor, salmonella,shigella, Ecoli( travel, new restaurant), gallbladder, pancreatitis ( especially if associated with alcohol) appendicitis but usually that moves to the right side. rarely colitis, Go today to ER/urgent care, you can get very dehydrated with diarrhea
