Probably not: as long as you do not have a breach in your skin, and washed it well. You do not have to worry about infection.

Not likely: You handled it exactly like you should have. Animal feces usually don't contain invasive worm larvae just eggs which have to hatch in the soil. Best not to walk around barefoot outdoors anyway.
