Doctor's note: Ask your treating physician (the doctor that told you not to have live vaccines) to write a note stating that. This is a rare circumstance. Also, make sure you discuss with them how likely it is for you to be exposed to the diseases for which you cannot be vaccinated... You do not want to end up with a disease that you acquired at work.

Ask the company: As an employer in the past, I can tell you up front that any issue that would prevent you from getting live vaccines would disqualify you from ever working for me. The employees I have work with vulnerable babies/kids. You wouldn't be acceptable.Doctors notes might fit for some jobs, but not all. You need to be up front with any potential employer when your issues require a special accommodation.
