Baker's cyst?: The most common cause of swelling behind the knee is called Baker's cyst. Usually harmless, but treatment is available (such as needle drainage and/or steroid injection) if the cyst becomes too large for comfort. (Google it for more information.) This has nothing to do with sweating of the hand, feet, or anywhere else. See a doctor if you remain concerned.
