My wbc count is 11.92 but the differential counts are all normal i have difficulty in urinating and my ua are all normal what could be it?

Reactive: An elevated white count can be from several things, such as infection, swelling or inflammation or other issues. You may have a little bit of inflammation which is causing some irritation. That irritation is causing a reaction leading to a mildly elevate white count. Probavly of no concern. Hope this helps.
