I need your help interpreting my test result for urine microscopic: wbc's, ua/hpf your value 51-100 /hpf standard range 0 - 4 /hpf trichomonas vaginalis, urine your value 1+ /hpf does this mean i have trichomonas?

The wording indicates there are a higher-than-expected number of white blood cells (which indicate inflammation) and the presence of trichomonas. (Which is not a normal finding). Your doc should be consulted for your treatment options.
