Tailbone pain: Tailbone pain is common during pregnancy as the tendons and ligaments loosen due to hormonal changes. Tailbone pain can be caused by degenerated lumbar discs too. The pain comes and goes based on posture and compression of discs and nerves. An MRI of the lumbar spine and pelvis and hips will provide more answers to the cause of your pain. See a spine specialist for treatment.

Coccyx pain: Without the films, these are my thoughts: it is more likely you hurt the coccyx once, and that it did not heal. The coccyx (or tail bone) is very tender, and can commonly be a source of injury or pain. There's no need to worry though, and the mri would probably clear up whatever is happening back there, so you won't have to think about it. Above all, don't worry. Does anything help it?
