Pimples/boils: come to a head and burst spontaenously. Inducint/popping them is often done so the pop sooner and outward and not inward. The popping inward is not very likely in thin skin. AND some areas (eareas?) can be very tricky to get to with a needle to pop it. Everywhere else we'd go with hot compresses..... Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health
