Not usually: it may happen from one injury that causes you to over compensate other body parts causing them to hurt as well

Not necessarily: However, if you've been exercising this long, you're probably in great shape and your body is used to being in equilibrium. If you suffered an injury to just one of those body parts, the others will attempt to compensate and this may be the cause of such varied aches and pains in such a short period of time. Address the primary source of pain.
