Why is it some doctors on here don't read the profiles we fill out? we put on prior tests,and then ask a question. then the response says have __ test

Access: The doctors have access only to a very limited profile. Yours lists 3 conditions, 3 medications, and 3 procedures. We have no way of knowing what the procedure results showed, nor why they were done. There are no blood tests listed at all, and so it may be you are asked to take a test that you have already done because it does not show up on our computer screen.
