Nose: If youve had a recent chest xray to make sure your lungs are okay it may be as simple as needing to drink more water and have a humidifier at night. You should see an ENT to see if its sinus related which may mean a ct scan of the sinuses

Constant hoarking thick mucus from nasopharynx area, asthma getting worse, coughing phlegm which I presume is from post nasal drip, blowing nose a lot. Taking albuterol twice daily and Claritin. Should I get a steroid inhaler too?
