How can i make a pain go away that i have on the right side of my neck. i have a lump since yesterday and ear pain?

Lump: It depends where on the neck the lump is. Sometimes its a salivary gland or a lymph nose. Start with warm compresses several times a day and ibuprofen, but if its red or you have a fever you need to check it out
