Myokymia: The involuntary muscle twitching you are experiencing in your eye is generally not considered dangerous and should resolve on it's own by 3-4 weeks. Symptoms beyond this time frame should definitely be evaluated by your PCP.

Very good evening doctors. I have two asymptomatic horseshoe tears in my right eye. Both my ophthalmologist and the vitreo-retinal specialist said that I did not need laser..why would they say to wait and see rather than do laser? Could they worsen?
