Let it rest: Yes you can, especially, if she is on top. You can actually fracture your penis which will cause immediate swelling and will need surgical repair. You probably injured the lining of your penis . You need to stop your activity until it is totally healed, when all soreness is gone. Vit E 400 two times a day may also help.
