Call your OB: If you have not held amp nothing down for 3 days, you are probably dehydrated. You need to talk to you OB and you may need IV fluids. You can then talk to he or she about medications for the nausea. The good news is that it usually gets better about 12 to 14 weeks.

Go to ER: Vomiting that won't stop can be serious. You are at risk of dehydration and worse. Please go to an ER now. Have someone else drive you or call 911.
