GERD, Gastritis: Nausea and burning are suggestive of upper GI irritation/ulceration. The BP and heart rate are high, raising ones risk of heart attack and stroke. These problems merit an urgent visit to ones doctor.

Abdominal Disorder: For a 57 year-old with hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, etc. I might consider a heart attack. That is less likely at your age, yet your symptoms are not normal. I recommend you make an appointment with your doctor promptly.
