Exam needed: A heart rate of 191 is dangerous and is not simply a rapid rate seen secondary to other illnesses. Such rapid heart rates don't usually exceed 120. Your very rapid tachycardia along with your other symptoms require an urgent evaluation in the hospital emergency room where an ekg and other tests are readily available.
