Narcolepsy: They can include seeing dreamlike images upon falling asleep or upon awakening, sleep paralysis upon falling asleep or upon awakening, or experiencing colorful/vivid dreaming.

Disturbed sleep: Things that people don't think about with narcolspy include insomnia from spontaneous arousals, leg kicks, hallucinations around sleep and sleep paralysis in addition to the excessive daytime sleepiness and sometimes cataplexy.
