I am 6 weeks pregnant. ultrasound today, yolk sac normal, faint heartbeat. doctor said gestational sac is small a week behind. will i miscarry?

Early ultrasound: My guess is that you are going to have a follow up scan as there is no mention of a fetal pole or measurement for dating purposes.? Seeing a heart flicker is a positive sign that should be reassuring. I would simply ask for a follow up exam.
