Yes: Especially if he has a foreskin. Also, if during the sex you become dry, the vagina can become irritated to the point where it is much easier for you to develop a yeast infection. Many vaginal infections are not "yeast" but something else like bacterial vagninosis. Both can provide an unpleasant discharge, but the treatment is different. If you keep getting a discharge after sex, call your doctor!
