Here are some ...: Hi! KiranNirma18, I assumed your pain is simultaneous in both testicles. If so, it's reasonable to say such pain is not related with infection / inflammation / torsion. On the other hand, one needs to consider possible referring pain from radiculopathy or neuralgia but usually affecting one side. So, with limited info and without physical exam, the likelihood to come up an accurate Dx is slim.
