Yes: You can have sex with a UTI. Just be sure to take your antibiotics and urinate right after intercourse so that you don't make the UTI worse. As to your other question, UTI's are not contagious, so you cannot pass it to your partner. Hope this helps!

Sex, wait.: Sex while having the symptoms of a UTI would likely only make the symptoms worse. Depending what the causative agent is you could certainly pass it on to your sexual partner. Best to wait until the symptoms have improved and perhaps a course of antibiotics might assist in the improvement.
