You want a PCR: You really are anxious. See whether your physician can do a polymerase chain reaction or other nucleic acid test to set your mind at ease.

Yes: Western Blot will confirm presence of HIV infection after 8 weeks of possible exposure. If negative and your symptoms persist, you will need to be investigated for other infections like mono and possibly malignancies like lymphoma
