Yes but: They are fine together but the dose of each depends on her weight. Zantac (ranitidine) is 5-10 mg/ kg and zofran is 0.1-0.2mg/ kg.

Yes: Zofran and Zantac (ranitidine) do not interact. As long as the dose is appropriate for her weight (4mg of Zofran sounds fine for a 7 year old), there is no reason not to give the two together. Hope this helps!

No interaction: I was unable to identify any listed drug interactions between these two medications. Four milligrams is an appropriate dose of Zofran (ondansetron) for most 7 year olds.

Should be safe: There is little know effect between the 2 medications and both are safe for a 7 year old. 4mg of Zofran (ondansetron) is the correct dose

Zofran and Zantac (ranitidine): As long as used in proper doses it is fine to give these medications closely together. Give the Zofran 1st and wait 20 minutes and give the Zantac (ranitidine). The Zofran prevents vomiting.
