Depends: These medications are used down into infancy. The choice to use will be based on her weight. I would start with Zantac (ranitidine) first if she is able to swallow pills. I usually start with 75 mg at night. If she is very petite you may consider visiting with your MD for a prescription of the liquid version for a more accurate dose. You may also try TUMS or Mylanta for some temporary relief as well.
